In connection with the accident at the pipeline «SAC-4» in the territory of Turkmenistan, the Russian company «Gazpromexport» has extended an announcement, which notes on the alleged timely notice of the decrease in the selection of Turkmen gas. 

Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan said that the letter of the company « Gazpromexport», received the Turkmen side at the end of the day April 7, can not be regarded as a preliminary notice, as is already on April 8, at 11 o'clock in the morning began a sharp decline in the volume of the output of Russian gas company. 

It is well known that any action related to a change in the volume of natural gas passes through pipelines in large volumes, preceded by warning of the partners at least one week. This is primarily due to the need for appropriate measures for preparing the gas wells and all elements of the transmission infrastructure to changes in their technological mode. Ignoring these circumstances, in most cases, leads to accidents and to stop of the operation of the entire pipeline network. That was what happened on the night from 8 to 9 April of this year at a gas station SAC-4 in the territory of Turkmenistan. 

The Turkmen side reiterated that the cause of this accident is a grave violation of a unilateral Russian company « Gazpromexport» norms and rules of procurement of natural gas.
